Per Mike Scotto of the Athletic, the Clippers have declined to extend a qualifying offer to two-way player Angel Delgado, making him an unrestricted free agent.
The Clippers signed Delgado to a two-way deal the eve of the 2018 Draft, a signal of how much they liked the senior big man from Seton Hall. Delgado impressed in the G-League, winning the 2019 G-League Rookie of the Year Award by averaging 18.5 points, 14.4 rebounds, and 2.7 assists in 33.4 minutes per game in Agua Caliente, while shooting an impressive 61.8% from the field.
