LA Clippers Rumors: Anthony Davis Deal Will Require Multiple Teams

The wait for Anthony Davis to be traded continues, but Pelicans General Manager David Griffin has made his desired trade package known. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Griffin doesn’t even think one singular team can fulfill his requirements. This means the LA Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks, Brooklyn Nets or anyone else who wants to get involved will likely need to find a third team to help send assets to New Orleans.

As expected, the price for AD is steep. According to Woj:

Griffin is pursuing a combination of assets that include an All-Star player, a young player with All-Star potential and two first-round picks, league sources said.
