Two games and one third of the way into the LA Clippers’ preseason and we have seen two completely different Clipper teams. Game one against the formidable Golden State Warriors featured a team that went down by over fifty points and got run out of Oracle Arena. They looked tired, a step slow, and uncompetitive. Brice Johnson and Diamond Stone were two of only three players with guaranteed contracts to finish the game with a positive +/- (the other was Marreese Speights), though most of the game felt like garbage time anyway.
In game two against the Toronto Raptors we saw a Clipper team that came to play.
