Jawun Evans played Santa Claus last week, traveling to the Boys & Girls Club of Hollywood (BGCH) and helping out 30 children from challenged homes. Not only did Evans deliver presents, but he also helped the kids design Christmas cookies.
Evans, as well as other Clippers players, have been making a difference in the Los Angeles community during the holiday season. It’s all a part of the NBA Cares Season of Giving.
“It’s important that when you’re blessed with the opportunity to give back that you do give back,” Evans said. “The holidays should represent a special time for everyone, so I want to continue to do my part in the community.
