LOS ANGELES -- Jamie Foxx only met Doc Rivers once, three years ago in a restaurant while Rivers was coaching the Boston Celtics, but apparently that’s all Foxx needed to master his spot-on impersonation of Rivers’ distinctively hoarse voice.
