LA Clippers’ small forward, Danilo Gallinari, has been ruled out of Friday’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. This comes as no surprise after Gallo missed Tuesday’s game against the San Antonio Spurs, due to a left glute strain.
After the team’s loss to the Miami Heat on Sunday, Gallinari told reporters that he had picked up the injury about a week ago, but continued to play, despite feeling like he could barely walk after games. Thankfully, the team has decided to rest him instead of letting him continue playing and possibly making it worse.
This announcement about Gallinari was expected, but is not good as the team has also ruled out Patrick Beverley for at least the next two games.
