DANA POINT – The Dana Hills boys volleyball team wrapped up the first half of the South Coast League schedule Thursday, and it has like where it is standing.
Behind a balanced attack led by Dylan Campeau’s 13 kills, the host Dolphins swept visiting Tesoro, 26-24, 25-20, 25-14.
With four matches remaining in league, the Dolphins (13-12, 4-0) are in first place.
“It is a senior team that doesn’t have a lot of experience, which is a funny combination,” Dana Hills coach Oz Simmons said. “Every little thing that we’ve learned this year has helped us to get here.
