Seattle will not get an NBA franchise in the next year or two, according to Clippers owner Steve Ballmer via the Seattle Times.
The former Microsoft CEO had partnered on an arena project before he bought the Clippers for $2 billion a few years ago. Now, Ballmer said there have been no talks about NBA expansion at the owner level.
