IRVINE, Calif. – Jamal Crawford said raising the 12th man flag at a Seahawks game is like the pinnacle of being a Seattle native.
Last Sunday, he finally got to do it, and it didn’t disappoint.
“That was unbelievable, raising the 12th man flag,” Crawford said. “I watched it so many times. I watched Ken Griffey Jr. do it; I watched Shawn Kemp do it. You have to be, like, really important in Seattle to do certain things, and that was one of them.”
Crawford said he had wanted to do it for a while, and his friends finally convinced him.
