Signing talent at a discount, namely at the veteran’s minimum, hasn’t come easy, as players from Byron Mullens to Chris Douglas-Roberts failed to contribute.
But because of continued salary-cap limitations and a need to overhaul their depth, the Clippers need to hit on their minimum signings.
