While the NBA and Twitter is still reeling from the Clippers pulling off the additions of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George in one evening, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN dropped a quiet bit of Clippers news, announcing that they have waived second-year guard Tyrone Wallace.
Wallace had a bit of a down 2019 season after an extremely promising rookie season in 2018, but the Clippers were still consistently better with him on the court. A tough defender with some ballhandling capabilities but no shooting, Wallace is a nice depth piece who will hopefully find another NBA home sooner than later.
