Clippers, Fox Sports sign six-year TV deal

The Clippers finally signed a multi-year deal with Fox Sports to broadcast their games for the next six seasons, and it’s going to look largely the same.

Ralph Lawler will still be holding a microphone. He’ll still be sitting next to color commentator Michael Smith.

It’ll be television as usual.

But a provision in the deal, some have called “groundbreaking,” it will allow the Clippers and owner Steve Ballmer to begin the process of taking things into the future.

The deal is worth around $50 million per season with both sides owning the option to renegotiate in two.
