Since December 26, the Los Angeles Clippers have fought without their superstar power forward Blake Griffin. He can run their offense, he can rebound, he’s one of the best passing big men in the NBA and he’s an anchor for them, making a great impact that has been dearly missed in recent losses. However, after a long wait and a 28-14 record in his absence, Griffin’s four-game suspension for the Matias Testi incident has begun and his return is right around the corner.
As the suspension was implemented by the Clippers themselves, Griffin is able to start serving his time out now that he’s been medically cleared to play, even if he’s not technically on the active list.
