The starting point is, as usual, training camp. The end point, the Clippers hope, is in mid-June with the organization’s first championship.
Thursday, the league announced 82 obstacles between the beginning and end of the regular season, games that will determine the road to the NBA Finals, games that might determine whether this era of Clipper basketball continues in the years to come.
The Clippers’ 2016-17 schedule features 18 sets of back-to-back games, 34 appearances on national TV, three trips with at least five games and one stretch with four games in five nights.
