Since the LA Clippers signed Kawhi Leonard in free agency, they have failed to meet the championship expectations that were initially set. Sure, they made franchise history by reaching the Western Conference Finals in 2021, but that’s the furthest they have gone. Even then, Leonard was injured, which ultimately held the Clippers back.
Furthermore, despite how dominant he can be, the main issue with Leonard is his health. Because of this, the LA Clippers’ front office may look to move him during the offseason. This is the perfect opportunity to acquire another superstar, as many teams around the league are looking to adjust their rosters.
