Top Ten Offensive Performances of 2017: #7 Tyrell Williams v. WAS Wk. 14

After getting a full season of Keenan Allen and Tyrell Williams together on the field, I’ve really grown to like their play-styles and how well they compliment each other. You can see it throughout the box-scores. Allen’s “catches” column is filled with numbers like 7, 9, 10, and 11 while Williams’ stats are usually around the 3-6 range. However, while Allen’s yards per catch is closer to 15, Tyrell’s is likely somewhere in the mid-to-late twenties.

It’s an awesome problem to have, if we’re being honest. A true WR1 is a beautiful thing and the ability for one player to take the majority of attention from the defense while a couple speedsters takes advantage of lapse in judgement is even more desirable.
