The Chargers defense has made a number of headlines this season due in part to their stellar play up to this point under first-year defensive coordinator Jesse Minter. One of those being that they became the first team in xx years to hold all of their opponents to 20 points or less through the first nine weeks of the regular season.
In Week 13 against the Falcons, the Chargers defense made a little more history. This time, it was at the sake of quarterback Kirk Cousins.
In 161 career games leading into this past Sunday, Cousins had never thrown four interceptions in a game without also throwing at least one touchdown.
