St. Louis boots soccer prop; will San Diego do same?

In what “SoccerCity” backers hope is not a preview of a San Diego vote this fall, St. Louis voters this week gave the boot to a stadium-funding measure meant to bring a Major League Soccer club to the city from which the NFL Rams departed last year.
