COSTA MESA, Calif. -- The NFL owners meetings started on Monday, and AFC coaches, including Los Angeles Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn, are scheduled to talk on Tuesday.
The league will address several proposed rule changes, including one by the Chargers to expand replay review to include personal fouls, including roughing the passer and hits to players in a defenseless posture.
ESPN’s Kevin Seifert provides a nice overview of the more notable proposed changes here.
The owners meeting should be an opportunity for reporters to ask Lynn about a number of topics, including this question from this week’s mailbag.
