Good morning.
Like many in the national NFL media, Greg Bedard of MMQB.com likes Tom Telesco’s recent moves in free agency. Bedard gives the Chargers talent man an “A” for the signing of cornerback Casey Hayward to a three-year, $15.-3 million pact.
While he’s not a physical player in the run game, Hayward showed for the second-straight season that he has ball skills and inside-outside versatility. Immediately upgrades the Chargers’ third corner and has room to grow.
My take: Hayward has better ball skills than Patrick Robinson, the team’s No.
