They’ve won two in a row and have momentum going into Round 2 vs. the Broncos. Meanwhile, Denver lossed to the New York Giants last week. The Broncos are still in second place at 3-2, but the Chargers (2-4) are inching close.
The Chargers haven’t won three consecutive games since the 2014 season. They also haven’t been successful against the Broncos recently, losing six of their last seven regular-season contests, including falling 24-21 in the 2017 season opener in Denver. The Chargers had a chance to tie the game, but former kicker Younghoe Koo’s kick was blocked in the final seconds.
