Offensive coordinator Shane Steichen took to the podium for the first time since the NFL Combine in late February. After an unusually long offseason away from their players, Steichen was all kinds of fired up to be around the guys again and said his biggest takeaway from camp so far has been the energy on either side of the field.

Probably the most note-worthy thing said this morning by Steichen was that Justin Hebert has yet to flinch in the face of the Chargers’ pass-rush, saying that it’s “a good sign for down the road.
