Late Wednesday morning, the NFL officially provided teas with a projected 2025 salary cap range of $277.5 million to $281.5 million for each club. The new was first reported by NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero.
This range is apparently a bit higher than most expected this offseason. At the very minimum, it will be a $22.1 million increase from 2024’s salary cap of $255.4 million. If it goes all the way up to the high end of the range, it’ll be an increase of $26.1 million.
This is excellent news for almost every team, but especially the ones who had planned to be very active in free agency this offseason.
