Good morning.
Sam Farmer of the Los Angeles Times reports that NFL owners are resolved to vote on relocating teams to Los Angeles during a meeting of the full ownership group in Houston next week.
The league's finance, stadium and L.A. committees met in New York on Wednesday, listening to updated proposals on the Carson and Inglewood projects.
The NFL also set a relocation fee of $550 million.
“It’s time to get to a conclusion,” Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay told Farmer. “My anticipation is ownership will work hard to seize this opportunity because it's been going on for a long time.
