SAN DIEGO (CNS) - More could be learned Wednesday about the willingness of San Diego elected representatives to negotiate with the Chargers after National Football League owners rejected plans by team chairman Dean Spanos to build a stadium in Carson.
San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer, City Attorney Jan Goldsmith and county Supervisor Ron Roberts, who has led county efforts to keep the team from moving, plan a late-morning news conference Wednesday to discuss the developments.
