The Los Angeles Chargers have spent the 2019 season with one of the National Football League’s worst offensive lines. That offensive line has been anchored (for lack of a better word) by the worst offensive tackle pairing in The League, Trent Scott and Sam Tevi. That pairing was created thanks to offensive tackle Russell Okung missing the first two months of the regular season.
Okung, as you no doubt know by now, was sidelined due to suffering a pulmonary embolism in June. There was a stretch of time where it seemed unlikely that Okung would be at all able to play this season.
