Like clockwork, a 30-second commercial began airing last Sunday across four San Diego television stations. The local spot features a cut-up of security measures taken across the county — doors locked, fences padlocked, windows latched, a home alarm system activated, a “No Trespassing” sign posted, a tilted chair barricading a door — with notice that not everyone in San Diego is pleased Raiders fans are in town.
