The Atlanta Falcons are one of the first teams to start making cuts to the roster to free up cap space, releasing both Ricardo Allen and Allen Bailey on Thursday. Allen is a 29-year-old free safety while Bailey is a 33-year-old defensive end.
The LA Chargers have the least dead cap on the books this offseason, putting them in a position to potentially pick free agents out of the bargain bin that other teams simply cannot afford.
