While you might read this headline and think defensive line isn’t that big of a need for the LA Chargers, especially after trading a third-round pick, Tom Telesco has taken at least one defensive linemen in the draft since he became the Chargers general manager. The team could use some more depth at defensive tackle, and you can never have enough pass rushers.
The good news here is that the draft has played out in such a way that there are still some quality options remaining at these positions. Kenneth Murray’s teammate, Neville Gallimore, had a late first-round grade by most analysts, and he was taken much later than that.
