Two Chargers who were healthy scratches the first two weeks of the season were listed Sunday as starters against the Colts.
One, safety Adrian Phillips, was expected.
The other, left tackle Tyreek Burwell, is a surprise.
King Dunlap was anticipated to start at left tackle, given he was a full participant in Thursday and Friday’s practice and not listed as “out," “doubtful” or even “questionable” for the game. But an illness that limited him in Wednesday’s practice lingered into the weekend, a source said, and it was determined Sunday morning that he wouldn’t play.
