KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A look at San Diego Chargers players who were “up” and those who were “down” in Sunday’s 10-3 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs:
UP
Jeremiah Attaochu – The Second-year pro out of Georgia Tech forced Frankie Hammond to fumble on a punt return. Attaochu also finished a sack and three combined tackles on defense. Attaochu is second on the team with 5.5 sacks on the season.
Jason Verrett – He corralled his third interception of the season, finished with seven combined tackles and a pass breakup.
DOWN
Malcom Floyd– With San Diego down 10-3 in the fourth quarter, Floyd dropped the ball on a deep pass from Philip Rivers which would have put the Chargers in scoring position.
