First and foremost, respect to the Steelers. This Sunday gave the Chargers a great opportunity to bounce back and get some momentum going toward the rest of the season. But the Steelers came out and bullied them around for four quarters. The game was over after the first quarter. They flat out exposed every single one of the Chargers’ weaknesses. The lone bright spot was tight end Henry and he gets this week’s only game ball.
Many fans were cautiously optimistic about the insertion of Forrest Lamp into the starting lineup. He could have played his best game ever and it simply would not have mattered.
