Observations from a spirited Chargers practice Monday:
1) It’s a very good time to be Keenan Allen’s agent.
2) Branden Oliver showed little or no ill effects from a Week 8 toe injury that ended his 2015 season. With a cut against the grain, he zipped past a backup linebacker into the end zone.
3) Oblivious to the calendar, or perhaps wishing to honor Muhammad Ali, blocker Joe Barksdale and edge rusher Jerry Attaochu got into a fight after a play. Lasted several seconds.
