HOUSTON -- In a presentation delivered to NFL owners here Tuesday, Disney CEO Bob Iger touted the accessibility and fan experience the Carson project would create for football fans in Los Angeles.
Iger was brought on by San Diego Chargers chairman Dean Spanos and Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis to lead the effort in Carson, Calif. -- a $1.7 billion stadium proposed by the two California teams.
“I think the presentation went well,” Iger said on the Chargers team website. “Dean Spanos, Mark Davis and I talked about our passion for bringing the NFL back to Los Angeles.
