Raiders owner Mark Davis is scheduled to appear April 28 before the tourism infrastructure committee of the Nevada state legislature, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Wednesday, citing anonymous sources. The topic is whether lawmakers should use hotel taxes to help build a football stadium to attract the Raiders to Sin City.
