Corey Liuget has begun envisioning it.
This season, when the Chargers are in their nickel or dime sub-package, their four-man rush should often consist of him and Joey Bosa in the interior. Outside linebacker Melvin Ingram, in a three-point stance, will come off one edge. Outside linebacker Jerry Attaochu will come off the other.
Liuget widened his eyes Monday, speaking with a quickened pace.
"It's going to be something to watch," he said.
Last week, San Diego made a significant investment at defensive end for the second time in the past year. Bosa was drafted third overall Thursday; Liuget signed a five-year, $51.
