The injury-riddled Los Angeles Chargers needed a get-right game after losing each of the two weeks to the Lions and Texans, and thankfully that’s what they got out of the Miami Dolphins. With all the injuries, there were plenty of opportunities for some younger players on the team to get valuable experience. Most of this year’s rookies, as well as Forrest Lamp, were all finally afforded valuable game minutes to show what they are capable of.
Keenan Allen was a silly penalty away from having another career day. Michael Davis was able to get his first career interception in his first game back from injury.
