The Titans (2-7) look like the easiest matchup left on the 2024 schedule. However, they are currently ranked first in total defense and first in pass defense. Weird, right? How are they that bad with a very good defense?
Well, mainly due to the offense and special teams being abhorrent. The Titans are allowing 26.6 points per game despite their other defensive ranks because teams are capitalizing on short fields brought about by horrid kick coverage by Tennessee.
Luckily, the Chargers employ Derius Davis who could play a massive role this week in what may end up being a defensive dogfight.
