SAN DIEGO (CBS 8/CNS) - The Chargers released their finalized San Diego Stadium Initiative Wednesday.
Chargers officials said they expect their proposed ballot measure to build a $1.8 billion downtown San Diego stadium and convention center annex will require a two-thirds vote to pass, despite a recent court ruling. According to chargers.com, the team and supporters of the Citizens' Initiative must gather 66,447 valid signatures from registered San Diego City voters by mid-June.
