Today’s matchup with the Titans (7-6) marks the Chargers’ final game this season against a team with a winning record. After this weekend, they’ve got the 4-9-1 Colts (played Saturday), 4-9 Rams, and then the 3-10 Broncos. Some how, some way, this team is squarely on track to finish with a winning record (or even improve on their 2021 record) despite the horrendously long list of impactful injuries they’ve battled through this season.
The Titans are obviously looking to run the football against the Chargers’ porous run defense in hopes that it will be their easiest path to a win on the road.
