SAN DIEGO -- Malcom Floyd continues to rehab from a shoulder injury that threatens to end the 34-year-old's career.
However, San Diego Chargers head coach Mike McCoy said the team holds out hope that Floyd can somehow work is way onto the field before the conclusion of this season. Floyd said before the season started that 2015 will be his last in a 12-year career with the Chargers.
According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, Floyd suffered a torn labrum in his left shoulder.
The Chargers held a short, walk-through practice on Monday in the team's return from the bye week, and Floyd did not participate.
