The NFL owners meetings began here on Sunday evening with an opening speech by league commissioner Roger Goodell.
The meetings will continue through Wednesday, and I’m here to cover things from a San Diego Chargers' perspective, including anything involving the team’s efforts on building a new stadium in downtown San Diego.
