Tight end John Phillips, cut Saturday in the final cutdown from a 75- to 53-man roster, was re-signed. Green did not practice Thursday, one day after the team said he was being evaluated for a possible concussion. Coach Mike McCoy is expected to give an update on Green's condition Thursday afternoon when the team announces its injury report.
