Today, the Chargers added a running back to their practice squad. Troymaine Pope, who played his college ball at Jacksonville State, is the newest member of the Los Angeles Chargers.
Although he has only tallied 12 carries across four career NFL games, Pope has been a member of the Houston Texans, New York Jets, Indianapolis Colts, and the Seattle Seahawks. He was with the Seahawks as recently as 8 days ago when they waived him from their practice squad. The 24-year-old back stands 5’9” tall and weighs 205 pounds.
