The Chargers are adding to their special teams and linebacker groups together by signing veteran linebacker Del’Shawn Phillips to a one-year deal, per NFL insiders Tom Pelissero and Mike Garafolo. Phillips was most recently with the Texans for the 2024 season, but also has stints with the Ravens (2022-2023), Jets (2021), and Bills (2019-2020).
