On Monday evening, just one day before the Chargers were set to open mandatory minicamp, the Bolts and first-round draft pick Joe Alt put pen to paper on a four-year, $33.2 million deal that includes a signing bonus of $20.9 million.
The signing leaves second-round pick Ladd McConkey as the only unsigned member of the Chargers 2024 draft class.

Alt was selected with the fifth-overall pick in April’s draft after a stellar career at the University of Notre Dame where he capped it all off with a Unanimous All-American selection in 2023.
