The Chargers announced several roster transactions on Tuesday morning , including a new signing and two cuts that brought the roster to 85 players ahead of the first cut deadline.
First, the Bolts announced the addition of outside linebacker Davin Bellamy. In a corresponding move, quarterback K.J. Costello and tight end Matt Seybert were released.
The 26-year old Bellamy played collegiately at the University of Georgia where he played in 48 total games. He finished his Bulldog career with 118 tackles, 13 sacks, and four forced fumbles. After going undrafted in 2018, he signed a UDFA contract with the Texans.
