SAN DIEGO -- San Diego Chargers coach Mike McCoy said starting safety Jahleel Addae will have surgery to repair a broken clavicle on Monday and will be out for an extended period of time.
Addae suffered the injury on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars late in the game while making a tackle on Denard Robinson.
Addae signed with the Chargers as an undrafted rookie free agent in May 2013 out of Central Michigan.
