Chargers release summary of relocation application

SAN DIEGO -- The San Diego Chargers say they have exhausted all avenues to get a viable stadium deal done in San Diego and the financial security of the franchise is at risk if they do not pursue opportunities to build a stadium in Los Angeles.

The team's statements and others were part of a four-page executive summary of the Chargers' relocation application submitted to the league this week and released by the team.

The Chargers and Raiders are partnering on a $1.7 billion facility in Carson, California, while Rams owner Stan Kroenke plans to build a $1.
