The Chargers have four games left in the season, which at best could be used to help evaluate the depth pieces of this roster to see who should be retained and who should be kept for the upcoming soft rebuild.
Easton Stick is an interesting centerpiece to this question, as his relationship with Justin Herbert was strong enough to re-sign him last year when Tom Telesco could have opted to sign Cooper Rush to help Herbert learn Kellen Moore’s offense.
Stick has an opportunity to showcase his abilities to other teams as he’s set to hit free agency again, or to solidify his value to the Chargers as Herbert’s backup.
